Help your students think critically about Murder on the Orient Express with these 32 task cards. Each card contains a prompt, graphic and number to be used as bell ringers, journal prompts, reading quizzes, group work, individual reflection and more!
Because the questions are open-ended and require students to justify their answers -- and because there are multiple interpretations and potential answers -- an answer key is not included.
Two sets of cards are included -- one in black line and one in color. Cards are numbered for easy reference. Task cards come four to a page for easy printing and cutting.
These task cards do contain some spoilers, so you can use some as your students read through the novel, but not all. The task cards work best as a review after the novel is finished.
⭐ Note: Although the title of the novel is not trademarked, the name of the author and the protagonist are. For this reason, the author appears as "the author" in the task cards and the protagonist appears as "the detective."
