These seating charts and grading sheets can be used in any classroom. The editable format of this file gives you the freedom to modify it for your particular class.
This seating chart also includes an organized grading system. Write each student's name in a rectangular box. In the "Key for Grades" section, label a box with the date and a simple description of the day's assessment or learning objectives. In the corresponding box under each student's name, note the assessment outcomes using numbers, letters (O, S, NI, etc.), or whatever other system works for you, your students, and/or your school.
This seating chart is also helpful for documenting behavior incidents. Use a symbol, such as a dot, to indicate that there was a behavior or other incident on a particular day. Write details about the incident on the back of the seating chart.
The documentation provided on this seating and grading chart is helpful for teachers when discussing the accomplishment of learning goals, needs, and student behavior with administrators, colleagues, parents, and guardians. The sheet is particularly helpful for teachers who have multiple classes with hundreds of students.
The file includes eight seating charts, one with no background, the others with colorful backgrounds.
