I use these bingo grids as an ice breaker activity/review game (to see what they've retained from past years with me!) with my older students (Gr.6-8) right in the first couple of classes back in September.
They are all in docx format, so you can modify the grids as you need, to match the particular material you want reviewed!
I print out enough copies for all my students, then put them into plastic sheet protectors. My students then write the names of the people they've found with dry erase markers, so I can re-use these sheets over and over again easily!
I have included 8 different bingo grids, so not all students are looking for the same things at the same time, and one "Music Class Review Challenge", which basically just takes all the questions from the 8 grids and puts them together on one single sheet. In the review challenge students walk around the class and try to get someone different to fill in every blank on their sheet, with questions like "find someone one can name a song by The Beatles" and "find someone who can explain the difference between a violin and a viola".
