Melodic Clip it games- these are GREAT for melodic assessment, both formative and summative.
IF you purchased the Christmas Day BURSTING Bundle of Musical Games, 2017 Set
then you already own this set!
To use these cards:
• print out the desired set of cards.
• Fold the cards in half and laminate or print back to back so that the patterns on each side are the same (for the solfa cards one side will be staff notation and one will be stick notation solfa).
• Students will need one card and one clothes pin.
• The teacher performs a pattern and the students move their clip to the pattern that matches the pattern that the teacher performed.
Do not be limited to using these cards for just clip it! Try cutting them into strips and using them for a relay game, or an aural decoding game. You can also cut in strips and then cut in half and use them for a stick to staff melodic activity.
The possibilities are endless!
Included in this set are the following tone sets:
la-so-mi-re-do-low la-low so
