Description
This file contains flashcards of instruments that belong in the string, winds, brass and percussion families. These work great for bulletin boards. Their small size makes them accessible to have up year round. Or, they work great in centers or as for playing cards for sub games.
The set includes two sets of cards:
One on which the name and the instrument appear on the front, which would work really well for a bulletin board display.
The other set, there is a "front" and a "back" of the card. That is, you can print them so that the instrument picture is on one side and the name is on the other. Or you can print these on individual cards and use it as a matching game in which students match the picture card with the name card. This is a great activity for a center or an assessment for an instrument unit.
Additionally, these cards can be used for preparation of the "I Have/Who Has?" Musical Instruments game:
I Have/Who Has Game Musical Instruments
