This is a really fun game that I play with students at the start of the year and continue throughout as a community building activity. There are 60 questions, some are silly and some are serious, and they all aim to help you learn about students while they are learning about each other as well. I set this up like musical chairs and whoever is left standing gets to answer the randomly selected question. Here are some examples of the questions in this file:
Which is better: playing at the beach or in the snow? Why?
If you invented an app, what would it do for people?
Who is the funniest person you know?
If you had a table for 4 at a fancy restaurant, who would join you?
Describe the best field trip you have been on.
If you could learn to fly a plane, would you?
What looks easy but is actually hard?
If you were a chef, what would you make all the time?
What is the best invention that you use every day?
Are trophies awesome or silly? Why?
