Musical Star Unit

This Star Unit will have your students moving, singing, playing and being engaged for weeks! This unit includes 6 different lessons that span numerous days. You can be singing and learning about Stars and Music for a whole month or more! Suggested calendar of lessons is included!

Students will be learning and reviewing all of these concepts:

ABA Form

Rhythm Composition & Performance

Melody Singing, Playing, & Performance

Movement Sequencing

Canon Singing

All of these lesson culminate in a final group project that will have your students composing rhythms, writing and playing melodies, adding movement and much more! There is a rubric for you to assess your students at the end of the project.
