My Book (Non-fiction) Exploration - Report printable will be perfect for your kids as they practice their reading comprehension skills! They will feel like true explorers as they look into their book and document the discoveries they find! This graphic organizer is laid out in a clear and easy way. This sheet starts off with a spot for the explorer to fill in their name and the date of their exploration! It then leads the student to locate the title and author of the book giving them a place to write it down. This form has areas where your student can fill in the blank, with things such as; What is this book about?, Write 2 interesting facts from this book:, Write 1 thing you learned from this book:, and Why you like this book!. There is also a spot for your student to draw their own illustration for the book and a place to rate the book with the options being: ok, great or awesome! (They will be able to fill in 1, 2 or 3 stars!) This sheet will be helpful as your students/children begin familiarizing themselves with writing a book report and organizing their thoughts. I hope your students love using this sheet for their book reports as much as mine do!
This would also be a great worksheet to send along with a book for your students to explore at home for their homework!
Also available is My Book (Fiction) Exploration Report and My Biography Exploration Report sold separately or bundled together for a discounted price! Check out my store for more details!
