Pg. 7-8 Roll and Spell! – copy pages A and B back to back – roll the dice to see how many times to write each spelling word.
Pg. 9-11 My Comprehension Flip It! – copy pages A and B back to back, fold on the solid line and cut on the dotted lines – flip up the questions to write your answers and illustrate on the back
Pg. 12 Roll a Silly Sentence! – roll the dice to get a subject, roll the dice to get a predicate – use your picture clues that you just rolled and turn them into a complete subject and complete predicate – record your silly sentences on the lines below- continue creating silly sentences and recording them
Pg. 13-19 I’m Going to Turn This World Upside Down! – What are you going to do to change the world and make it better? - a writing and craft activity – copy patterns onto appropriate colored construction paper – cut and glue as seen in the example – use a variety of yarn colors – add the face with crayons or colored pencils
