Prepping for state tests doesn't have to be scary! Doing this activity packet with my reading classes each week has helped my students feel so much better about the upcoming state tests. I hope it helps calm your students' fears, too!
This file contains State Testing practice using a "My Brother Martin" by Christine King Farris in Journeys Unit 1 Lesson 2. There are a total of 13 student pages to be used as an assessment over reading comprehension or practice for the state test. All questions have been created using questions from the Ohio 4th Grade ELA State Test to practice for comprehension. Answers keys are included.
