With the "My Conflict Resolution Flip Book" students learn and work through a conflict resolution process using a fun and easy to remember acronym, "BEEP." With "BEEP" there are four conflict resolution steps that students "flip" through. The goal is for students to develop a deeper understanding of the term conflict and the steps to conflict resolution. Students will identify appropriate behavior for interacting with others and identify positive ways to resolve problems. Through conflict resolution skills, students will learn to utilize positive communication skills when expressing needs, wants, and feelings, learn to handle anger in a positive way, and be able to describe healthy ways to handle feelings and emotions. The flip book contains five pages in ascending size order that are assembled by students prior to use. The "My Conflict Resolution Flip Book" comes with step by step instructions for flip book assembly.
