Pg. 3 “See – practice writing the word see – draw a picture of it and use it in a sentence – roll the dice to see what color to write it in
Pg. 4 The letter Aa – turn it into an alligator by adding to the letter – color the pictures that start with Aa
Pg. 5 Roll and Write – roll the dice to see how many times to write the letter Aa on each line
Pg. 6-11 Alligator Headband – follow the direction and illustrations to create an alligator headband – cut out and use the teeth that have pictures that start with Aa
Pg. 12-15 My Five Senses – copy pages A and B back to back, fold on the solid line and cut on the dotted line – cut out the pictures and glue them under the correct flap
Pg. 16-17 My Sensory Book – fold into a book - use different sensory words to finish the sentences – write them or dictate them
Pg. 18-22 I See.. - cut out and glue together your “I See…” glasses – look around your classroom or take a walk outside- copy pages A and B back to back to form a book - write about and draw three things that you see – The first sentence you trace, the second sentence you have to write the word “see” on your own – the third sentence you have to write all of it on your own – glue the pocket on the bottom and sides to hold your glasses on the front of the book
Pg. 23 The Night Sky! - write about what you might see at night in the sky- illustrate it – you can write this on your own or dictate it
Pg. 24 -26 My Autumn Senses – copy the tree onto brown construction paper and glue it to the top of an 18 in blue construction paper – tear different colors of paper and glue them to form a fall tree – write about what you would see, hear, feel, smell, and taste in the fall – add the writing paper to the bottom half of the large blue paper
Pg. 27-35 Roll and Read to Get Your Five Senses – everyone gets a face board – roll the dice to get the different parts of the five senses – you have to read the word on the card before placing it on your face game board – If you roll the dice and get a game card you already have – you lose a turn – if you roll a 6 – you lose a turn – whoever gets all five senses first - wins
