Students will identify how they look and feel when frustrated and what makes them feel frustration. They will also identify different environments and people that frustrate them. Great for students who are struggling with identifying feelings.
This activity takes about 30 minutes to complete with a small or large group. The goal is for students to self reflect on their own expression of feeling frustrated and to better understand what makes them frustrated.
