Many of your students have visited places like Greenfield Village, Hale Farm, Epcot Center, and other historic attractions. This activity is for the students to use what they have experienced and create their own place that celebrates their family heritage.
There are three parts. First, a brainstorming worksheet for the students to plan and research their project. Next, students can label and color the predrawn park guide or create their own on a separate template.
This is the blank template on which students design their own park guide with streets, businesses, parks, schools, and other places.
