Kanji Mama and My Nihongo Lessons are creating worksheets and journals designed to complement and support the materials used in a formal language course and for self study.
My Kanji Journal is a tool for students of all levels to record and practice kanji, and designed to allow students to create a relationship with the characters they are studying and allow for review and recall as necessary.
My Kanji Journal is designed for use with the book Remembering the Kanji 1: A Complete Course on How Not to Forget the Meaning and Writing of Japanese Characters by James W. Heisig, however, any textbook is acceptable. Keep in mind that you will NOT complete the journal entry in one sitting. You will revisit this entry as you learn more of the language. You are developing a relationship with this character, not racing to fill a notebook.
