Join all your favorite ponies as you learn how to match fractions, but watch out for Discord and others who wish to destroy the Elements of Harmony and Friendship!
To play: First, separate the cards with the fraction and word. Example, 1/2 one half. Place all these cards face up so the players can see them to match to the card they draw. Next, shuffle the cards and place them face down in the middle of the group of players. The first player takes a card and matches the picture fraction to the numerical and word fraction cards. For example, a star with only two parts shaded needs to be matched up with the 2/5 two fifths card. Some cards have more than one fraction on them if they can be reduced, such as 1/2 one half also has 2/4, 3/6 and 4/8 to demonstrate how fractions can be reduced and are the same. These cards can be set aside after they have been matched and do not count as cards added in the end. Certain cards require you to put back a card, lose a turn, take an extra card or steal another player's card (in which the person 'stealing' the card must identify and match the fraction card being stolen). When all the cards are gone, whoever have the most cards wins. These can also be used a flashcards.
The final page can be used to print on the back of the playing cards to have a design while face-down. This is optional or you can make your own.
