This is a cute progress guide that I created during a teaching practicum in college.

I used large popsicle sticks that were decorated with the topic for that day and if the student completed the small quiz at the end, they could add a popsicle stick to their ladder. All pieces of the ladder would lead to the top and end with the final assessment to complete the unit for math.
