Product Description
How much time do your students spend watching television, eating, doing homework? Maybe they spend 1% of their day doing homework and 20% of their day on their cell phones watching videos. Let’s find out! It may not be what you would expect.

Students will convert their daily routine into a fraction, decimal, percent, and degree chart accompanied by a circle graph to represent the data.

I always find this assignment interesting because I really get to see how my students are spending their time; such as those who complete no homework but spend 54 hours per week on the computer! (I actually got that on an assignment...) or those who spend all night doing homework or at practice and have no time to just relax. Hang the completed projects around the room to open student discussion. Even have them put their names on the back of the final draft and see if students can guess which assignment belongs to which student. Get creative!
