These are prepped to be printed 4 to a page, and made easy to copy, cut, and staple. You can also easily copy them front to back and not have to worry about messing up the order of the pages. We all know how easy it is to mess things up at a copy machine if we are in a hurry, or at least I do!
K.CC.3 – Write numerals to label sets up to 20
Below Level – Write the numeral with a highlighter on the dotted line and have the student trace it. Have the student draw pictures or use small stickers to represent that number of objects. Consider allowing the student to use manipulatives to help them count out the number physically.
On Level – Have the student write the number on the dotted line 3 – 5 times, or as space allows. Draw or use small stickers to represent that number of objects.
Above level – Some students may already know their numbers 0-20. Encourage students who are above level to begin learning to write the word for the number as another way to name the given number.
