Parents are important people, and I am so glad that you are taking the time in class to make them something they will cherish. Of course, since it is class time we are using, let’s take the chance to talk about adjectives that describe our parents.

Adjective Activity for Mother's Day and Father's Day
Children will color the adjectives that describe their parent, cut , and paste it onto a card. There are two blanks on each page if the students wants to add an adjective not listed.
A note for traditional schools that dismiss in May:
Most traditional schools let out before Father’s Day. If that is the case, you might consider doing the Father’s Day art at the same time as the Mother’s Day art. Send it home & have mom store the card, so that Dad doesn't get left out over summer break.
