Product Description
To grow and stay healthy, there are certain foods you should eat every day. The MyPlate picture shows how to plan a healthy meal. It divides the plate into the five food groups: fruit, vegetable, proteins, grains and dairy.

Students are challenged to eat at least one food item from each food group for five days and to record their progress on the tracking calendar.
