This reading journal can be used with any picture book or read aloud. It also can be used by students who are working independently while you are meeting with guided reading groups or sent home for homework.
The journal asks students to respond to a story by asking questions, making connections, finding new vocabulary, writing about the problem and solution, and sequencing.
Copy the journal double sided, then cut in half and staple and its ready to use!.
