Product Description

The Tarahumara Indians are a tribe who have chosen to live apart from modern western culture. They live primitively (no modern conveniences), subsisting on corn, beans, and their livestock. In the winter they live in caves, moving into small log cabins in the summer. They are excellent weavers and produce fine wool blankets to provide warmth during the harsh winters of the canyon. They also can run extremely long distances without stopping! The Boston Marathon is too short for them!

This story includes a 10 question test with answer key, a video link with instructions on how to download the video so you can share it with your students! I usually follow this story with one about "Parkour" or, Free Running as it is more commonly known. That article will be posted soon!
