This is a project I did with my high school students and they loved it. First, they get to put to practice their artistic skills. Second, they get easily involved because they have a chance to evaluate their classes and express their own attitude to these classes in Spanish!
I did it with my regular Spanish 1 students and their understanding of gender agreement considerably improved after working on this project.
So, if you are looking for something to teach your students gender agreement and number (singular-plural) agreement in Spanish plus practice the names of the school subjects - this is a perfect activity for your class that can take from one up to three class periods depending on the size of your classes and, of course, on how you decide to have them present their projects (in whole or in part).
The document contains 3 pages of directions including step-by step directions, rubric, patterns to use and the list of useful vocabulary. Two additional pages are the project sheets for students to complete their assignment.
