I made these cover pages for story writing folders/portfolios for my students. I print off a class set of these and then glue them onto the front of a cover folder that has the pockets on the inside. Each student gets one and they put their names on it. I use it as a place for students to store their writing pieces. We keep them in a safe place in the classroom. It’s great to show these pieces and showcase them to parents during parent-teacher interviews. At the end of the school year, I give each student their story folders so they have a compilation of all their best writing pieces from that year. I hope they come in as handy in your classroom as they have in mine!
