Mini-lesson on Opinion Writing: Students can choose what they want their teacher to dress up as for Halloween. They need to provide 3 solid reasons to support their suggestion, then write it into a paragraph format. The teacher can give each student a copy of their photo (head only) and they can use it to illustrate their costume idea. Your students will have SO much fun while improving their skills in Opinion Writing!!

* I've also added:

- a simpler version for younger students

- math version for students to write their own word problem

- a fictional narrative version

- lots of student samples

NEW UPDATE: I added a link to an editable version of the templates (Google Slides) and provide information on how you can assign this digitally.
