This is a version of the "My Thoughts Journal" that includes only the prompts, printed large to display on Elmo or projector. Students or teacher can pick a daily journal prompt for the class, and then write that prompt in a notebook, composition book, etc. Print these out, put in page protectors or hole punch and put in a binder to reference each day for your daily journal. This may be easier than the original "my thoughts journal" where you would have to print out each page, copy, and bind. This is much less time consuming than making individual journals.
These prompts are targeted towards secondary students... include self reflection, mature topics, some fun and creative topics, and pages to free write. Also includes pages to reflect on a quote (I display quotes from Pinterest all around my room).. you can include or omit these as needed.
