Students will identify how their worries look and feel and what makes them worried. They will also identify different environments and people that trigger their worrying. Great for students who are struggling with stress management.
This activity takes about 30 minutes to complete with a small or large group. The goal is for students to self reflect on their own expression of worries and to better understand what makes them worry.
