This is a reflection journal. Students are encouraged to write how they feel each morning and why and then set a goal for the day. At the end of they day, they think of something that they would like to forgive themselves for, something they would like to celebrate, and something that they are grateful for.
Very helpful for social/emotional development! Helps students to focus on positives and see the good within themselves. It also helps students to be mindful of their feelings.
