Product Description
To grow and stay healthy, there are certain foods you should eat every day. The MyPlate graphic the five food groups that make up a healthy meal: fruits, vegetables, proteins, grains and dairy.
This activity challenges students to eat from each of the five food groups each day for five day. They record their progress by coloring the matching food group on the plate.

The activity can be done as part of the school day. Students can record their school lunch each day.
