Mystery Mini units are a great opportunity for your students to put their math skills into use by solving clues, sorting suspects and coming to a conclusion that they can justify. The resources offer plenty of challenge and are ideal as group or class activities. Your high flyers may be able to solve them on their own. All answers are provided for the teacher.
What you get
A short explanation of the mystery for students to read,
A suspect list for elimination of suspects.
Clues to decode. (There are different clue types foe each mystery so there is no doubling up of ideas)
All answers for the teacher.
