Looking for an effective management strategy in the hallway and during transitions? Use the Mystery Walker to encourage students to make positive choices.
Write student names on tiles, counters, or strips of paper. When you leave the classroom select a Mystery Walker from the basket/container but do not read the name aloud. Explain that you selected a Mystery Walker and will reward the Mystery Walker if the Mystery Walker makes positive choices in the hallway.
This is a great tool that motivates students because they all want to be the Mystery Walker!
