This is a fun way to learn about Typhoid Mary. It is set up as a mystery that the kids can solve. They work through eyewitness/evidence cards picking out bits of key information to come up with a solution to what happened. They will also discuss what happened to Mary and laws that should have been or have been put in place to keep this horrible tragedy from happening. It has the eyewitness/evidence cards, a "notebook" to keep track of the clues, a page for deduction, a page to answer key questions, a blank page with exit tickets, and a page with an exit ticket that involves a thought provoking question. My students love the days that we do activities like this, I hope your's do too. Enjoy!
