PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

MYTHS has ten lesson plans for teaching mythology, including creative writing activities, printable charts, flow-charts and illustrations. Myths are the oldest of all story forms and often carry an important message for a culture.
This book explains the purposes of myths and explores the patterns in myths across many cultures (not just Greek myths). It has examples of Creation myths, Nature myths, Monster myths, Heroes and Heroines.
It also includes my original 'Tale Untanglers', which are flow-charts to explain the difference between myths, legends and folktales.
