This mini-unit looks at the fascinating topics of conflict and negotiation.
It seeks to explain why conflict occurs, and how students can learn to manage it effectively by employing a range of conflict management and negotiation strategies and tactics.
Within the unit there are a range of case studies and questions designed to embed the understandings of the unit.
The unit ends with a negotiation activity where students conduct and observe a negotiation between a simulated employee and employer.
