For the pages that are in color, I recommend printing them at your local printing store (like Office Depot, Staples, etc.) to ensure the best print quality. Be sure and ask for a teacher discount! I also recommend printing the task cards and game boards on cardstock and laminating them for future use. Each page can also be printed in black and white by simply choosing that option on the Print screen.
