What educators are saying

The students and I both had a blast working on this. They were all intrigued and it helped them to better understand inquisitive Science mindsets.

Description

Engage your students with pop culture and teach them to ask good questions with this complete lesson. This lesson uses the popular YouTube video that features a man who "fixes" a sink using ramen noodles.

Included in this lesson:

  • Google Slides and PowerPoint
  • Link to Google Doc student companion worksheet
  • Printable student companion worksheet

This lesson will take one class period for direct instruction with an option next day ramen noodle lab. The mini lab can be completed in class or easily as homework.
Students who complete the lab will design their own ramen noodle experiment with their new question asking skills.
