**NEW UPDATE FOR THE 2016 SUMMER RIO OLYMPICS (7/2/16)***
Update includes Summer and Winter versions of the document as well as updated video links.
This product includes 20 student worksheets about several Olympic-related topics. That's up to 4 weeks of Olympic material! A PDF version as well as a Microsoft Word version are included in case you want to modify pages; however, this packet was created so that you can just print and go!
For each topic, a worksheet and answer key are given, as well as a list of optional video links on YouTube and United Streaming/Discovery Education for you to show before students do the worksheet. Many of the topics also include a hands-on supplementary activity in which students pretend that they are having their own Olympics at their school. Students create mascots, flags, sports, etc for their Olympics.
