Product Description
Spin and Identify Coins & Coin Names is a fun math center that requires NO PREP. Math Centers have become overly complicated between the amount of ink used and preparation time. Cut, laminate, repeat! Let me help you with this yearlong math center that is just print and go. Just add a large paper clip and sharpened pencil. That’s easy enough, right?!

After students create a spinner with the large paper clip and sharpened pencil, students will read and identify the coin name they land on straight on the one-page game board.

This file is included in a NO PREP SPIN IT! MEGA MATH CENTER BUNDLE, including 300+ pages.

Ideas for Use:
→ Set-Up: Print each blackline page and place in sheet protectors in a binder or plastic folder. Have students use dry erase markers to record their responses. For increased student accountability, print one page per student or partnership. Students record answers straight on page to submit. If more than one person is using the page, have students write their name using their colored marker, pencil, or crayon so you know whose work belongs with each member.

→ Flexibility: This resource can be used within centers, guided math, small group, intervention, or tutoring. Students can greatly benefit from the hands-on opportunity for repeated practice. This can be used to supplement ANY math program that you are using and is standards-based.

→ Modifications and Accommodations: An anchor chart with the front and back coin pictures and their names is included. This anchor chart will help scaffold and support this game for diverse learners.
