This activity was created for use by speech/language pathologists, parents, and classroom teachers to target the functional life skill of sorting laundry with diverse groups of Pre-K through 1st grade students or individual practice.
Included are slides of clothing items that can be sorted into either a dark/colored laundry basket or a light/white clothing basket. Students are able to click through the lesson and are shown a rewarding "You're Right" scene of a laundry room or a helpful "try again" scene if their first selection was incorrect.
I made this to use on an iPad, computer, or to project onto a classroom smart board/Promethean Board. The laundry baskets and other options for each question are interactive and will guide you through a series of sorting clothing into whites/colors.
