If your district uses the NWEA test to screen and show student growth, this will be an invaluable tool for you! Type or copy/paste your students' names and NWEA RIT scores for math, reading and language (or whichever of the three concern you). Then a grade level equivalent is generated, based on the 2015 norms chart (you can find this online by searching for NWEA norms).
I personally use this chart to sort my students into groups at the beginning of the year. At the middle and end of the year, I use this to show student growth, and for my teacher evaluation. The spreadsheet also gives average scores and growth from test to test, as well as max and min scores and growth. Most teachers in my elementary school use this regularly. This sheet also includes columns for DRA scores.
