Description
When a child is learning about his or her name, it is important to remember that there are stages to this process. First, it is important for the child to begin to recognize his or her name through consistent exposure and visual reputation. They will get so excited to see their own name and take pride in knowing that the focus is all about them! Second, after the child has learned to recognize his or her name, they should be given an opportunity to practice spelling their name orally. It would be beneficial to begin having the child spell his or her name using UPPERCASE LETTERS so that they become aware of each letter in their name. Once this has been mastered, implementing lowercase letters would be great based on each child's developmental abilities and current stages of learning.
This file includes:
1. 2 EDITABLE name pages for each child
Page 1: This will be the main template of the child's name.
Page 2: The letters on the second page will be used to practice matching the
letters from page one so that he/she becomes aware of
identifying/recognizing each letter in their name.
