Name Folders - Name folders/ sign-in folders can be used for all students to sign-in at school OR for students who need extra exposure to their name and the letters in it. Students will put Velcro letters in order to spell their name, trace their name, and then write their name.

Add the letters from your student's name into the empty boxes on page 3. Print entire document. Write student's name in yellow highlighter on the first line provided. Laminate and cut out the individual letters. Staple a plastic bag to the top of a folder and the sign-in page (laminated) to the bottom. Add Velcro to the boxes and to the back of each letter. Place the letters in the plastic bag. Provide a dry erase marker for students to trace and write name. (See photo example).
