Who doesn't love a game to practice those difficult concepts students struggle with?! Working in a math resource room, I look to incorporate as many fun, game-type activities as possible.
This game uses 2 "teams", and consists of over 40 playing cards each with varying numbers and place values highlighted. It not only helps kids to practice identifying place value, but also incorporates friendly classroom competition while also encouraging students to cheer on their teammates - what better way to foster classroom relationships?!
