Read with your students three introductions for seven different writing prompts. Then decide together which is good, which is better, and which is the best. Be sure to find and discuss the uses of settings, dialogue, details, descriptions, sound words, and best of all-- feelings!
Have fun, and then watch your students do their best to emulate what they've read!
