This is just the research sheet you've been looking for! Students may use this bubble map to describe ANY Native American group. I printed out three copies of this bubble for each of my 2nd graders. They used their bubble maps to research the Powhatan, Lakota, and Pueblo with nonfiction texts.
This product is aligned with Virginia's 2nd Grade Social Studies Standard of Learning 2.2 (compare the lives and contributions of three American Indian cultures of the past and present), 2.4 (locate the regions of the Powhatan, Lakota, and Pueblo Indians on United States maps, understand the relationship between the environment and the culture of the Powhatan, Lakota, and Pueblo Indians), and Language Arts Standard of Learning 2.9 (locate information).
Included in this product is a Native American Bubble Map Template, student sample, and guiding questions to aid student research.
