This 37 slide PowerPoint takes the viewers to the ancient Anasazi Indian cliff dwellings and pueblo where these amazing Native Americans lived over 700 years ago. It includes detailed text to teach about the Anasazi Indians as well as the author’s original photographs of the authentic Manitou Springs, Colorado cliff dwellings and pueblo. Your students will see and learn about the kiva as the center of community. You will tour the living quarters, watch tower, corn silo, and mesa top structure. Amazingly well preserved original art work and cave drawings on the walls of the cliff dwellings are also pictured. Pueblo Indians built a pueblo in 1898 right onto the cliff next to the cliff dwellings, and you and your students can view and learn about this incredible structure. This presentation is easily adapted to a wide range of age levels, and it includes much of what we know about the Anasazi Indians.
