Description

This Native American art project will address SEL by helping children with loss. The art is inspired by the Ojibwe authored book Forever Sky. Children in the story discover they can remember lost ones and find meaning in the night sky. Constellations and the dancing northern lights can be a gentle nudge to the memory. A great book to help children who not only have lost friends or family, but pets too!

Lesson does not include the book.
