PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Covers Georgia Standards SS4H1 (The student will describe how early Native American cultures developed in North America.
a. Locate where Native Americans settled with emphasis on the Arctic (Inuit), Northwest (Kwakiutl), Plateau (Nez Perce), Southwest (Hopi), Plains (Pawnee), and Southeast (Seminole).
b. Describe how Native Americans used their environment to obtain food, clothing, and shelter. )

Unit contains project work for kids. It's a series of projects (7) that kids can work on obtain a letter grade. They're given choice as to what grade they want to achieve, as well as which projects to complete. Unit does not contain the information, the students must research to find information (in text books, written books, or online).
