This is the easiest and fastest word wall you will ever make! NO CUTTING REQUIRED! Just simply make double sided copies, fold, and post.
This is an excellent bulletin board or word wall display to accompany a nature of science or science process skills unit. You will receive 21 word cards with nature of science vocabulary words and definitions.
Vocabulary words featured in this Peek and See packet include:: science, scientific method, control, independent variable, dependent variable, hypothesis, scientific law, scientific theory, accuracy, precision, model, bias, experiment, sample, data, inference, observation, quantitative data, qualitative data, extrapolate, and constant.
The word cards are meant to be folded so that the word is shown on the outside and the explanation can be see on the inside flap. My students love to go up to the wall and peek under each flap to read the definitions. This is a great way to instigate a dialogue about science and encourage your students to use scientific vocabulary in classroom discussions.
I use a word wall to correlate with all my units so there will be more to come!
Enjoy and don’t forget to leave feedback!
